Kitchen-Quip is a one-stop resource for aluminum and zinc die casting parts and services. We have an accomplished staff of experienced tool and die makers and innovative engineers. We also have an extensive array of equipment including: die casting machines, finishing machines, steel forming and trimming machines, as well as a large in-house tool room and machine shop.

From Start to Finish…

Our engineers can design parts and advise you throughout the manufacturing process; our goal is to help you achieve the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost. We will keep detailed records of the entire process to ensure repeatability, high yield, and consistent performance.

If you require more than just cast and trimmed parts, our machine shop can help give you a finished product by drilling, tapping, spot facing, reaming, or designing a specialized process for your product. Our finishing machines and our proprietary finishing process can provide you with a bright, lustrous, long-lasting look to parts without the expense of plating.

If you need any sub-assembly for your part, we provide metal stamping services, as well as assembly services. Once we have engineered, die cast, stamped, finished, and assembled your parts, let us package and ship your product to central warehouses or drop ship your product as required by you. Whatever die casting services you need, we can help you.
